Watercolor with Pastel on Rough Arches Watercolor Paper. This is titled : “Tree and Window”.
This begins my “Piglet” series of work. “Piglet” is the name of the series because they’re small pieces….no more than 7 x 10 inches. The paints are archive (finest quality) pastels and watercolors. The paper is Arches Rough. Arches is a rag content paper which gives it strength and longevity.
This piece is a study of light values as the evening sun leaves for the day.
